Body Bump Ready

I am so happy for the weekend to get here, I wish it was a long weekend, but my job does not close on MLK day. How ruuuuuuuuuddddeeeee.

Well anyways Im excited for the weeked. Tomorrow I am trying this new group class called body pump. I got to know the instructor pretty well because I have taken other classes from her and we are both Egyption! Basiclly, she hooked it up and said she would sign up my mom and I for class. I got the hook up!!!!

It seems like a pretty cool work out. I have been straying away from group exercise classes, except spinning, because I have been doing my own weight routines. Since sticking to a weight plan I have noticed a difference in my body, Its great!!!!! However. I feel that I am about to get a  bored with it, so I need to start incorporating more of a variety to my routine.
